With our sixth Applying Professional Scrum training in the company Omega Software, we emphasized the importance of continuous investment in educating all organizational sectors. Such dedication truly "makes a difference" and creates a critical mass ensuring the success of a company's agile transformation.

We explored the application of the Scrum framework beyond just development teams, extending its principles to other organizational parts like sales, PMO, and support. We helped students understand how to make Scrum tangible and applicable to their everyday business situations. In Omega Software Scrum is supported by the integrated Azure DevOps toolset, used by everyone from sales to support, providing transparency and insight into the current state of all their projects and products. They are better equipped to answer pivotal questions like "What is our current state?", "Are we behind schedule?", "What are our main challenges?", and "Do we have enough capacity for offering services to new clients?".
