We're thrilled to reflect on our recent participation at Bosnia Agile Day 2022 #BADay2022, where we shared our insights into running successful Agile Transformations. Our unique approach centers on applying Scum not just to introduce Scrum, but also DevOps, ensuring a lasting and sustainable transformation of an organization and its development teams.

Key to our strategy is to establish a Scrum-based "optimization process." This process runs parallel with the company's main "production process," which is the subject of the transformation.
