We are pleased to announce our new full-day hands-on workshop: AI-Powered Backlog Management with GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps MCP Server, and Agent Skills.

This practical workshop shows how reusable agent skills can help product, engineering, and delivery teams move beyond isolated AI prompts and apply AI for real product backlog and test management operations. Participants learn how to generate backlog structures, refine work items, create linked test cases, and publish approved changes to Azure DevOps through approval-gated workflows.

The training combines AI-assisted backlog refinement, MCP Azure DevOps training, and reusable GitHub Copilot agent skills in a prepared web-based Visual Studio Code Codespaces lab environment, with GitHub Copilot access included.
